AI Call Center

Every inbound call interrupts the work the caller is trying to buy.

A small-business call center without the seats: answers, routes, and logs inbound calls, hands complex ones to you with context, and sends a daily summary with transcripts. Built for solo and small teams. Early access; join the waitlist.

How it works

  1. Every inbound call is answered

Not only the ones after hours. Calls that arrive while you are on another line, driving, or standing in front of a customer stop going to voicemail.

  2. It routes what it can and logs what it cannot

Simple questions get answered from what you have told it. Anything that needs you is summarised and passed on with the context attached, so you are not starting the conversation from nothing.

  3. A daily summary lands each evening

Who called, what they wanted, what was handled, and what still needs you — with transcripts, in one message rather than fifteen notifications.

What it will cost

Pricing is not set. The commitment we will make now: never billed per minute, and no surprise transfer fees.

Some services in this category transfer a call to a live agent automatically and bill you for it without warning. We will not add a charge you did not choose.

What it cannot do yet

  • No outbound calling.
  • No payment collection.
  • English only.
  • No field-service software integration yet, so jobs are texted to you rather than written into your system.

This list shrinks in the build log, which also records what broke.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the after-hours receptionist?
Coverage. The receptionist handles the hours you are closed; the call centre handles all of them, including calls arriving while you are already on the phone. Most small businesses want the receptionist first — it solves the expensive problem for less money.
Will it know anything about my business?
It works from what you give it: your services, hours, service area, prices if you choose to share them, and the questions you would ask. Nothing is assumed, and it says it does not know rather than inventing an answer.
Can it handle two calls at once?
Yes, and that is the main structural advantage over one person at one desk. It is why the second simultaneous caller stops hearing a busy tone.

Early access — join the waitlist

We onboard a capped cohort at a time, so the list stays short enough to actually serve. You will hear from us before the next one opens.

Email only — we do not ask for a phone number. One message when we open the next cohort, and nothing else. Unsubscribe in one click.
