Early access — not live yet
Appointment Scheduler
Booking by phone tag loses the customer who was ready to book right now.
A booking page tied to your real calendar: customers pick a slot themselves, reschedules handle themselves, and your day stays visible in one place. Works with the reminders service to keep the slot filled. Early access; join the waitlist.
How it works
Publish the times you are actually free
Connect the calendar you already use. Set the slots, the buffers between jobs, and how far ahead people may book.
Customers book themselves
A link they can use at eleven at night without a phone call. Reschedules and cancellations handle themselves inside the window you set.
Your day stays in one place
Bookings write back to your calendar rather than living in a separate system you have to remember to check.
What it will cost
Not priced yet. Scheduling is close to a commodity — where we intend to charge is the reminders and the recovery that sit on top of it.
Basic scheduling is given away free by several large players, and pretending otherwise would insult anyone who has looked. If a booking page is all you need, use one of those.

- No payment collection at booking.
- No multi-staff round-robin yet.
- No recurring appointments yet.
This list shrinks in the build log, which also records what broke.
Frequently asked questions
- Why would I use this over the free schedulers?
- For scheduling alone, you probably would not, and we would rather say so here than after you have paid. The reason to use ours is that it shares a calendar with the receptionist and the reminders, so a call that arrives at midnight can become a booked slot without you touching it.
- Which calendars will it work with?
- The mainstream ones. We will publish the exact list when it is real rather than promising integrations we have not built — a list of logos is the cheapest thing on any software page and the least reliable.
